Policy Benefits:

• Accident Medical Expense: Maximum Amount $35,000; $100 Deductible Per Occurrence.
• Accidental Death: Maximum Amount $10,000.
• Accidental Dismemberment: Maximum Amount $20,000.
• Catastrophic Cash Benefit: i.e. Coma or Paralysis; Maximum Amount $50,000.
• Coverage includes eligible Coaches and assigned Chaperones.
• Policy covers participant while on premises during scheduled activity, including traveling to and from activity.

Policy can be selected either as Primary coverage if no other insurance coverage is available, or as a Excess to an existing insurance plan.
